Your skills tickle me pink, Inspector

I’m not usually one for getting myself tied up with bumbling fools. I’ve spent years dealing with people who couldn’t tell the difference between an aphid and an ant lion. For an A.I., life doesn’t get much more frustrating.

To tell you players the truth, I don’t mind siding with a grade-A clown if it means getting the job done. I just never thought I’d be stuck with such a character as the famous French sleuth, Inspector Clouseau.

I’ve officially been charged with smartening him up. Those of you who know this man will understand my challenge. Together, we’ve agreed to solve The Case of the Animal, Vegetable or Mineral. You players get to think of anything at all and we promise to solve the mystery...as long as the Inspector doesn’t get overly involved, we should be fine.

After working with him, I’ve come to realize something about this Clouseau chap. At heart, we’re not much different. We both start our investigations without a clue, proceed to investigate with the most peculiar methods, and convince nearly everyone that we’re way off track. It might seem like we’re helpless, but after a series of missteps and blunders, we eventually close the case.

So, Inspector, I tip my chapeau to you. May our friendship last years.
